Welcome to Sana Africa, a digital marketplace connecting wellness and beauty service providers (“Vendors”) with customers (“Users”) across Africa.
By registering as a Vendor, you agree to the following terms:
Platform – The Sana Africa web and mobile system facilitating bookings, transactions, and payouts.
Vendor – A service provider registered on the Platform.
User – A client who books and pays for services via the Platform.
Commission Fee – 12% deducted per successful transaction.
Withdrawal Fee – 1% deducted at point of payout, covering platform management and transaction handling.
Wallet – A virtual balance where Vendor funds are temporarily stored pending confirmation and withdrawal.
By completing onboarding and activating your Vendor account, you confirm that:
All details provided are true and accurate.
You have the authority to represent and operate your listed business.
You agree to the commission, withdrawal charges, and operational policies stated here.
Vendors must:
Provide correct and verifiable business information.
Maintain high professional and hygienic standards.
Confirm bookings promptly (within the set confirmation window).
Deliver quality service as advertised.
Use the platform exclusively for payments and bookings (no offline solicitations).
Sana Africa charges a 12% commission on every successful transaction made through the platform.
Additionally, a 1% withdrawal fee is applied when Vendors request payout from their Wallet to their bank account.
The withdrawal fee supports payment processing and platform management.
Example: If your Wallet balance is ₦100,000, you will receive ₦99,000 after withdrawal.
Both rates are transparent and automatically calculated before payout confirmation.
Sana Africa reserves the right to adjust commission or withdrawal fees with prior notice of at least 14 days.
Payouts are instant following service confirmation by the User.
Vendors must request payout from their dashboard once service is completed — your bank account will be credited instantly, and your wallet reconciled.
Vendors can track earnings and pending amounts on the Vendor Dashboard.
Payout delays may occur if disputes, verifications, or compliance checks are active.
The minimum payout threshold is ₦5,000.
A service is considered completed when a User confirms satisfaction or automatically after 24 hours without dispute.
Disputes must be raised within 48 hours after service delivery via the Help Center.
Sana Africa may withhold funds during dispute resolution.
Vendors may cancel bookings only for valid reasons (e.g., emergency, double booking).
Frequent cancellations can lead to penalties or suspension.
Refunds are handled through the Platform’s secure payment channel.
Uphold respect and professionalism toward clients.
Avoid any behavior that may harm the brand reputation of Sana Africa.
No harassment, abusive behavior, or solicitation of off-platform transactions.
All materials (logos, texts, media, platform features) remain the intellectual property of Sana Africa Ltd. Vendors may not duplicate or represent Sana Africa without permission.
Vendor data is collected for verification, marketing, and transaction purposes.
Sensitive data like BVN or account numbers is stored securely and not shared publicly.
Sana Africa acts as a marketplace, not a direct service provider.
The Platform mediates transactions but is not liable for service performance or outcomes beyond facilitating resolution.
Sana Africa may suspend or terminate any Vendor account for:
Fraudulent or misleading activity
Excessive disputes or cancellations
Bypassing platform payment systems
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
